Supplies

To make a batch of Super Juice, you'll need the following on hand:

• Citric acid (Can be found at specialty grocers and online)
• Malic acid (Can also be found at specialty grocers and online. It's also possible to make super juice with just citric acid. Some prefer a lemon to only have citric acid, so it's not the end of the world if you proceed without. Just adjust your citric acid to make up the full total acid percentage)
• A non-reactive container that can be sealed (wide mouth mason jars or small cambros work well)
• Cheesecloth or a nut milk bag for fine straining
• An immersion/stick blender or standard blender
• A peeler
• A juicing implement of some kind
